Are you a dyslexia specialist looking for a community to develop your skills?

Are you a homeschool Mom or Dad looking for direction on how to best support your neurodivergent student?

Do you want to learn more about virtual teaching and need some help to get started?

Our highly trained dyslexia therapists/specialists are here to help you. We offer flexible Instructional Coaching sessions to help you achieve your educational goals.

Services:

Mentoring Session:Talk through your specific questions about best practices for working with a student or your child. Also a great way to talk through ideas for online teaching practices.

Mentoring Session with Modeling:Do you need more than just a good conversation? Engage in a mentoring session and walk away with specific resources or a model to help you achieve your goal.

Full Coaching Cycle:Engage in an ongoing, supportive relationship with your coach and work through the stages of a full Instructional Coaching cycle. This partnership will ensure you develop new skills and can implement them with your students or your child at the deepest level.

The Full Coaching Cycle will include:

Initial Session:You and your coach will define your goal for the coaching cycle and decide if any modeling or examples are needed.

Lesson Recording and Comments:You will record a lesson for both you and your coach to view. Before turning the recording over to your coach, you will view it and fill out a form with your own observations and questions.

Coach Comments:Your coach will then view the recording, make comments based on the established goal, and answer your questions.

Post-Lesson Session:You and your coach will meet to discuss and reflect on the lesson and comments. Your coach will guide the conversation as your partner in the effort to grow and develop your skills as a specialist and educator.
